Project Manager
With the benefits of going digital critical to customer growth and success, the speed and quality of the on-boarding process is vital. As Project Manager, you will lead the roll-out efforts of new StreamLinx clients and ensure a smooth transition. Your activities will include project planning and management, data conversion assistance, project customization and scoping, training and documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead StreamLinx implementation team to coordinate client implementation, customization, training and support activities
- Work with clients and prospects in understanding project requirements and facilitating design communication with project team
- Initiate, schedule and conduct customer software training sessions
- Learn and stay current with software release functions and product planning roadmap
- Provide post-sales customer support with the use of StreamLinx software applications and client-specific configurations
- Edit and update StreamLinx product course curriculum
- Create product example videos
Skills & Experience:
- BA/BS in construction management, information technology or similar curriculum
- Background in lighting and energy retrofit design, , project management or operations
- Experience using MS Office Suite of products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.) and open to learning web editing programs and screen recording software such as Camtasia
- Strong technical writing and organization skills as well as attention to detail and general understanding of construction and business principals
- Willingness to learn new industries and concepts
